We consider our social responsibilities - particularly with regards to
supporting young people. We support the relationship between school and
the economy by offering numerous work experience places.
In addition to this, we are also instrumental in offering work
experience places for disadvantaged young people in our own company.
In co-operation with “Grümel, Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft für
Ausbildung, Beschäftigung und Qualifizierung mbH” (a group offering
young people a chance at work), young people – who did not have a
chance of getting a work experience place due to their social outlook –
are particularly aided and helped towards finishing their education.

The co-operation with “Perspektiva gGmbH” works in a similar way.
“Perspektiva gGmbH” is an association with the aim of helping young
people with learning difficulties, who would normally not succeed in
getting a work experience place by themselves, to integrate themselves
in the employment market.
As well as the provision of work experience places / employment, R+S
also helps both organisations with donations and activities, such as
the acquisition of further connected companies.
In order to assist with sporting aspects, we also support many sporting
teams thanks to many sponsoring activities – TTC Maberzell table tennis
club being one example. In addition to this, the Chairman of R+S is
active as part of the extended board of the first division club |
